Ms. Joanne WANG Bin is a Senior Advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP, with nearly 30 years of experience in audit, assurance, capital markets, and financial management consulting. She has extensive experience in IPOs and financial audits for major A-share listed companies, including China Southern Airlines, GAC Group, and Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings. Her expertise also spans financial management digitalization, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Wuhan University and is a practicing member and senior member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Beyond her professional work, she serves as a Deputy to the 14th People's Congress of Guangdong Province, an external director appointed by the Guangdong Provincial Government's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and an Independent Non-executive Director of Guangshen Railway Co., Ltd.
