Mr. Chan Chi Chuen is Managing Director of CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, with over 25 years of investment banking experience, including more than 15 years at CITIC Securities. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations across multiple international markets. His expertise spans Hong Kong IPOs, financial advisory services and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in major IPO transactions in Hong Kong, the US and Japan across various industries, including technology, automotive, consumer products and healthcare.

Appointed to the Main Board and GEM Listing Committees of HKEX in 2023, Mr. Chan also serves on the Board of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute and as Vice Chairman of the Financial Services Committee of CPA Australia. He graduated from the University of California and participated in an exchange programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
